These are able to be applied to any surface and are produced in Australia using the highest quality vinyl on the market from only the best brands: Metamark, Avery & Other Speciality Providers.
For banners with backing, they will feature dual layer vinyl which comes oversized and will need to be wet-applied and cut to the shape of your windshield (instructions provided) and where available, may come with air-release technology making them easier to apply.

VINYL STICKER WARRANTY
We offer a limited 6-month warranty on all vinyl products.
As per manufacturers specification, Colored, White & Black Vinyls can last 3-7 years under optimal conditions, while specialty vinyls such as chrome and glitter have an average outdoor lifespan of 12-24 months.
These numbers can vary depending on the environmental effects of being on a car - from road grime, stone chips, salt, chemicals, car wash detergents, and whether the car is parked in direct sun every day.
The warranty covers product replacement or voucher, it does not cover faulty installation, solvent damage or environmental damage beyond regular use, and while installation instructions are included with some vinyl products, installation is done at the owner's risk and HardTuned PTY LTD cannot be liable for any loss or damages that may occur.
Orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast HQ in Australia using Australia Post & DHL Express.
We dispatch five days a week and aim to process all orders within 24hrs.
Certain products such as window banners are custom-made to order so may take a little longer to dispatch. On weekends & public holidays, orders will be processed next business day.

**Economy packages are an untracked service, and therefore not insured. We cannot provide any delivery updates once the goods have been dispatched. For time sensitive or orders of value, we recommend using a premium service.
In the event of a large online promotion or during Christmas and Black Friday our orders team & some countries postal systems can get quite backed up due to a massive influx of packages so you may experience slight delays during these periods.
You will receive a tracking link (usually Australia Post) when your order has been fulfilled. If the tracking hasn't been updated for a while, you may need to check the final-mile tracking link for your country as your local postal service will likely handle the final delivery. You can use the same tracking number for this step. Copy and paste the tracking number into the search bar for the local delivery service relevant to you.

Please note that some countries (such as Europe and Canada) charge import duty / VAT which may be payable on delivery, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are unfortunately out of our control.
We cannot pre-pay individual country taxes, and will not cover them if items are taxed on arrival. If local taxes are unpaid, the goods will either be returned to sender at the customers expense or destroyed. No refund will be offered until the goods have returned to HardTuned which may take some time.
USA orders are not taxed and Australian orders have GST factored into the price. As of January 2021, UK orders under £135 will be charged VAT at the checkout.

We also offer a 30 day exchange/replace/partial refund policy on all our clothing, covering any manufacturing faults or problems. It covers things like zips, overlocking, hems, prints, stitching, fabric, embroidery & any damage that occurred during shipping.
It unfortunately does not cover change of mind, damage from incorrect washing, rolling in oil while working on your car, or general wear caused by doing burnouts or play fighting with your pitbull.
