Shipping
Orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast HQ in Australia using Australia Post & DHL Express.
We dispatch five days a week and aim to process all orders within 24hrs.
Certain products such as window banners are custom-made to order so may take a little longer to dispatch. On weekends & public holidays, orders will be processed next business day.

Local Tax / VAT Notice
Orders from European Union countries up to €150 and UK orders up to £135 will now be charged VAT at the checkout. This greatly improves delivery speeds and helps to avoid any additional fees local postal services. USA orders are not taxed and Australian orders have GST factored into the price.
Please note that some other countries may charge import duty / VAT which is payable on delivery, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are unfortunately out of our control. If local taxes are unpaid, the goods will either be returned to sender at the customers expense or destroyed. No refund will be offered until the goods have returned to HardTuned which may take some time.
Warranty
WE WANT EVERY ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS TO BE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THEIR PURCHASE EVERY TIME!
If for ANY REASON you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 100% refund on the purchase price if returned within 30 days.
We also offer a 30 day exchange/replace/partial refund policy on all our clothing, covering any manufacturing faults or problems. It covers things like zips, overlocking, hems, prints, stitching, fabric, embroidery & any damage that occurred during shipping.
It unfortunately does not cover change of mind, damage from incorrect washing, rolling in oil while working on your car, or general wear caused by doing burnouts or play fighting with your pitbull.

Design Process
There is no doubt court shoes are on trend, everyone in our office wears them and they have been a long time on our to-do list. When deciding to do our own take on the classic court shoe, we tore apart many pairs of shoes ranging from $99 to $500 luxury brands and took to the drawing board to build the ultimate sneaker.

They had to be Quality Full Grain Real Leather.
Synthetic is cheap to manufacture but wears badly over time and leaves your feet sweaty and smelly, we spent over 6 months sourcing and testing, with the final product full grain leather used coming from a premium sustainable tannery that supplies many high-end luxury brands. -
They had to be value for money.
We're not a hype brand, our vision is always to create the most premium product for a good price. Not only are these unique, but they are also one of the most affordable full-grain premium leather all-white on the market. -
They needed to be comfortable for all-day wear.
All the team have a pair, and we have been wearing prototypes for almost 12 months now, at the office, at the track, at the beach and in the car park. -
They needed to have a high-top equivalent
While most of the guys in the office wear lows, the boss prefers high tops. We are still testing them, and they should be launching mid-2023! -
They needed to be uniquely HardTuned JDM.
We are car guys, so we want automotive detailing and feature love for the areas of Japan we spend most of our time in. -
And finally...they needed to be customizable.
Again, we don't drive standard cars. why should our shoes not come with customizable options? We're keen to see what other personalization people do with their shoes!
